DARE2CARE Visits Corinthians

On Wednesday afternoon, March 29th, Corinthians had the privilege of hosting Dare to Care, an American organization on tour throughout South Africa. Dare to Care visited various organizations focused on promoting positive societal change and development. Corinthians was selected as a standout organization due to its continued impact at the ground level, particularly in the communities of Johannesburg South. Dare to Care was moved by the great work being done by Corinthians and views this visit as the beginning of a strong and lasting relationship that will stretch across the Atlantic. During the visit, Dare to Care donated various goods including electronics, footballs, and sports kits for all sporting codes. They described these gifts as a drop in the ocean compared to the great things that are yet to come in the foreseeable future.

The event was attended by other sponsors and supporters, including the City of Johannesburg Sports and Recreation, SANCA, JMPD Anti-Corruption Unit, Sports Media Africa, Lucky Lekgwathi Foundation, and Muvhango and Radio Personality Lebo Pelesane.

Overall, the event was a testament to the great work being done by Corinthians and other organizations in South Africa, as well as the importance of building partnerships and collaborations that can drive meaningful change in society.
